Jellybelly Who?
Jellybelly Fitness is a Personal & Group Training business in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs. We focus on getting results and having as much fun as possible along the way.
Jellybelly Do?
Summer is well and truly here and with Christmas feasting done, it's time to focus on the year ahead and getting into shape and feeling good for 2010.
Jellybelly Thinking?
Before we do anything we talk. What you like, what you don't. What's worked in the past, what's failed miserably. And what's likely to keep you motivated to achieve your goals. We'll then tailor a program to suit and away we go.
Jellybelly How?
We love one on one sessions but they're not for everyone's taste or budget. If you'd prefer groups we happily train pairs, triples or larger groups of 4-6. Either make up your own group or give us a call and we'll match you up with others who want the same.
Jellybelly When?
Session times are currently available on Thursdays and Fridays between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
Jellybelly Where?
We have a fabulous studio set up in Randwick, large enough for baby capsules and prams making us the ideal option for newborn mums ready to get back in shape. We also train outdoors at Centennial Park.

Forming Circuit Classes Now

With so many people asking about training in small groups, I'm starting to take names and put groups of 2, 3 and 4 people together. Equally, Mother's Groups are proving hugely popular with training providing the perfect start to a morning of coffee and gossip.
